CaniVenture was created to help people and dogs explore, connect, and thrive through outdoor adventure, community, and dog related activities.

At its core, CaniVenture is about making it easier for people to discover new ways to get outside and experience life with their dogs. From dog-powered sports like canicross, bikejoring, skijoring, and dryland mushing to hiking, camping, paddling, retreats, and other outdoor experiences, we believe there are countless opportunities for people and dogs to adventure together.

Today, many of these activities exist in separate communities. There are passionate participants, dedicated instructors, local groups, and incredible dogs—but finding opportunities, learning how to get started, and connecting with others can still be challenging. CaniVenture was built to help bring those opportunities together in one place.

CaniVenture is not a governing body. Our goal is to help people discover opportunities, connect with communities, and participate in activities that enrich the lives of both dogs and their handlers. By helping more people get involved, we support the clubs, instructors, organizations, and communities that make these experiences possible.
