Support Rescue Runners
Help give rescue dogs more opportunities to move, explore, and be seen.
A new way to make an impact
Rescue Runner connects approved volunteers with participating rescue dogs for structured walks, hikes, runs, canicross outings, and other approved outdoor adventures.
These outings provide dogs with exercise, enrichment, positive experiences, community exposure, and increased adoption visibility while also giving volunteers a meaningful way to help.
Running a safe, organized program takes more than willing volunteers. It requires equipment, insurance, supplies, transportation support, identification materials, volunteer resources, and ongoing coordination. Participating rescues also benefit from visibility, community engagement, and fundraising support through the program.

More Than a Donation
Maybe you cannot foster another dog.
Maybe you cannot adopt.
Maybe volunteering is not the right fit for you.
There are still plenty of ways to help.
You can make a donation, sponsor a program need, donate a crate or piece of equipment, provide a professional service, introduce us to a business that may want to help, or simply share Rescue Runner with your community.
Every contribution helps create more safe outings, more positive experiences, and more opportunities for rescue dogs to be seen.
Help us keep rescue dogs moving forward.
